As organisations grow and change, the demands on

their people change too.

Leaders, managers and founders can find themselves juggling competing priorities, difficult conversations and high expectations while trying to support the people around them.

Someone who was highly effective in one role can suddenly find themselves leading a larger team, influencing more senior people, making harder decisions or carrying significantly more responsibility.

Others may already be experienced leaders but are dealing with more pressure, greater complexity or a period of change.

And sometimes the goal is simply to help good people grow their impact and prepare for what comes next.

I help organisations develop capable people into confident, effective leaders who can handle greater responsibility, complexity and change.

The goal is practical change so the difference is visible in their day-to-day behaviour and performance.

Professionals I’ve coached have worked at

Bain & Company • EY • Deloitte • PwC • Legal & General • Sainsbury's • Kainos

alongside leaders and founders from growing technology and software businesses.

Why work with me

I spent over 20 years working across recruitment, talent and senior leadership in technology, professional services and financial services before becoming a coach.

That means I understand the realities of leading people, managing performance, developing talent and making difficult decisions in commercial environments.

I’ve worked with first-time managers through to senior and executive leaders, and my coaching is grounded in real-world experience rather than theory alone.

I also understand that development has to work for both the individual and the organisation.

What leaders say

Through our sessions I gained greater clarity around my values, leadership style and the direction I want to take next. I now feel more grounded, self-aware and confident in how I show up as a leader.

Gareth Workman
Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer

I am now much more in control of my inner voice and have regained even more confidence and conviction in how I work and handle situations. I am more structured in how I present business plans, tell a clear story at executive level, and manage upwards with empathy and intent.

Every organisation is different, so coaching support is tailored to your people, your challenges and what you’re trying to achieve.

The best place to start is a conversation about what’s happening in the business,
