You’re likely experienced, capable and getting good feedback, so from the outside, things look fine.
But something about work no longer feels right.
Maybe you’re feeling stuck or drained. Your motivation has dropped, your confidence has taken a knock, or you’re questioning what you really want.
Sometimes there’s a clear trigger - a restructure, redundancy, burnout or missing out on a promotion. Or you just know you don’t want to keep feeling this way.
Whether you’re facing a leadership challenge, a difficult relationship or a career crossroads, we’ll look at what’s happening, what you want to be different and what might be getting in the way.
So you can make clearer decisions and move forward in a way that feels right for you.

Elaine created a space that was both supportive and challenging. She helped me step back from the immediate pressures of decision-making to reflect more deeply on who I am as a leader, what motivates me, and what I genuinely want from the next stage of my career. I moved from feeling uncertain and reactive to feeling much more intentional about my choices, with greater confidence in my own judgement.

I first pursued coaching because I felt lost and unsure of direction. Elaine gave me the headspace to clarify what mattered and identify roles that aligned with my values. She helped me rebuild confidence, commit to action, and make the right career move.

You do. We’ll agree some overall focus areas at the start, but each session is shaped around what feels most important and useful at that point in time.
That’s completely fine. Many people come to coaching feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unsure what needs to change. Part of the process is making sense of what’s happening and identifying what feels most important to focus on.
Coaching works best when the decisions come from you. My role is to help you think clearly, challenge assumptions and make decisions with greater confidence. Where useful, I’ll also share practical tools and insights from my experience.
Most one-to-one coaching sessions take place online. If you’re based in Northern Ireland, there may also be the option to meet in person.
Yes. Everything discussed during coaching is confidential unless you give permission otherwise. As a certified coach, I also adhere to the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics.

We’ll talk about what’s going on, what you'd like to be different and whether coaching could help.
You'll have the chance to ask questions, understand how I work and decide whether it feels right for you.
There’s no pressure or commitment - just an honest conversation.
